A couple weeks ago, Steve was at his son's soccer game in Roanoke, Va.  He just happened to notice a sign at the soccer field for Black Dog Salvage.  After the game, he decided to check it out.

Over the years, we have had a lot of unusual requests from our customers, but the Riddling wine rack door has to be my favorite.

Riddling is a bygone process of removing sediment from Champagne and other wines.  The sediment was yeast left behind in the second fermenting process. In the early 19th century,
